For Australia's doctors — GPs, specialists, locums & IMGs

You earned it. Your file shouldn't belong to the hospital.

Registration, fellowship, CPD, indemnity, screening — every credential is already verified in your name. So why rebuild the whole pack for every hospital, practice and locum agency you join?

Be first in line for a credential that's finally yours. No spam — just launch news.

The mobile doctor's reality

You move between sites. Your credentials get rebuilt every single time.

Hospital appointments, private practice, telehealth, locum and rural posts — a modern medical career spans many employers and credentialing offices, each with its own siloed pack and its own forms.

1

Re-credentialed from zero

Every new site's medical credentialing committee asks for the same primary documents you've already had verified — again.

2

Locked in their system

Your verified pack lives inside each employer's onboarding portal. Leave, and you walk away with none of it.

3

You're the file clerk

CPD hours, indemnity renewals, vaccination evidence, registration dates — tracked by hand, across every engagement.

Let's clear something up

Being credentialed is far more than AHPRA registration.

Registration is a single line in a deep stack — set by the Board, the colleges, Home Affairs, your insurer and each health service. Here's what you're actually expected to hold and keep current:

01 Medical Board (AHPRA) registration
Current registration to use the protected title — with English-language and recency-of-practice standards for IMGs.
02 Verified primary qualifications
MBBS/MD verified at source; for IMGs, EPIC/Intealth verification and the AMC exam or approved pathway.
03 Specialist fellowship
College fellowship (RACGP, ACRRM, RACP, RACS and others) recognised via the AMC.
04 Right to work / visa
Citizenship/PR, or sponsored pathways — Skills in Demand (482) or Employer Nomination (186).
05 Background checks
National Police Check, International Criminal History Check for time lived overseas, and a WWCC where required.
06 CPD — 50 hours / year
Under the MBA/college framework: a CPD home, reflective practice and a professional development plan.
07 Immunisation evidence
Category A vaccination requirements for clinical roles, set by each health service.
08 Professional indemnity insurance
Appropriate PII for your scope of practice, declared at every annual renewal.

Eight credential streams, multiple issuers, different renewal clocks — and you're the only one holding the whole picture. Right now that proof is scattered across colleges, insurers and employer portals. It should sit in one place. Yours.

What the silos cost you

Billable time lost. Costs duplicated. Risk you personally carry.

Time

Days of credentialing lead time before you can start at a new site — and recurring admin for every locum stint and telehealth panel.

Cost

Re-paying for checks and verifications you already hold, plus income lost while a new committee processes a pack you've submitted a hundred times.

Risk

A lapsed indemnity or CPD shortfall is your professional exposure — yet the records that prove you're current live in systems you don't control.

A better way to carry it

What if your credentials worked like a passport — not a hospital login?

1

A passport, not an employer pack

One verified mobile credential holding your registration, fellowship, CPD, screening, immunisations and indemnity — that travels with you across every site and post.

2

Owned by you

Not the hospital's. Not a college's. Yours. Your standing is your asset — the record should stay with you wherever your career goes.

3

You grant and revoke access

Connect a credentialing office in seconds with verified proof. Revoke it when the engagement ends. You decide who sees what, and for how long.

How it would work

Verify once. Present instantly. Carry it for your whole career.

01

Build your passport once

Registration, fellowship, CPD, visa, screening and indemnity — verified and held in one place you own.

02

Connect a credentialing office

New appointment or locum post? Grant secure, verified access in seconds — no rebuilding the pack.

03

Stay current automatically

Every CPD hour, renewal and expiry in one view, with reminders before anything lapses.

04

Revoke when you move on

Finished the engagement? Switch off their access. Your verified record stays with you for what's next.
